Today was definitely a success. Undoubtedly. Absolutely. Undeniably.
Why?
I WENT SHOPPING.
Don't judge.
But yeah, we went thrift shopping. Immense amounts of fun. New clothes. Or at least as new as old clothes can be. I'm fairly happy with what I got, though I didn't find any socks. Oh well.
I'm too tired to count how much stuff I got, but the amount was considerable. A few sweatshirts, a messenger bag, some sweaters and a few other odds and ends. I'm gonna stop talking about clothes because people question me enough already.
Back at my aunt's house we have a few new arrivals. Family from far and near are driving, flying, and taking alternative means of transport to get here for the reunion. Heck, there are even people *I* don't know.
To continue. Dinner was tacos. With the novelty that instead of taco meat, I used pulled pork! Mmmmmm... Weird, yet oddly delicious. I'll have to try it again some time.
Right now we're off to go ice blocking. It's a fun sport. Basically you get really large blocks of ice, find a large hill, sit on the ice, and slide all the way down. It's a rush. More often than not you get butt bruises, but it's worth it.
